Corwin is passionate about raising awareness about biodiversity, endangered species, and conservation efforts around the world. Through his television programs, books, and public appearances, he aims to inspire people to appreciate and protect the natural world, and we were proud to connect and explore possible synergies.

He's been instrumental in advocating for environmental conservation and sustainability, participating in clean-up efforts and advocating for a cleaner, plastic-free Miami.

Eric Adams, the current Mayor of New York City, is widely recognized for his dedication to public safety, education, and economic development, particularly in underserved communities. With a background as a former police officer and Brooklyn Borough President, Adams brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to improving the lives of all New Yorkers. Throughout his tenure, Mayor Adams has actively collaborated with organizations to address pressing issues and create opportunities for marginalized communities.

 Our organization has had the privilege of collaborating with Mayor Eric Adams' office to establish the African American Veterinary Scholarship at LIU, an initiative aimed at fostering diversity and inclusion in the veterinary field. Through this partnership, we have worked together to provide financial assistance and support to African American students pursuing careers in veterinary medicine. Mayor Adams' commitment to equity and opportunity has been instrumental in the success of this scholarship program.

 Mayor Adams' leadership and collaborative approach continue to drive positive change and foster community engagement across New York City.
